Ethernet Common Mode Voltage
According to the IEEE Std 802.3™‐2022 the magnitude of the total common-mode output voltage of the transmitter shall be less than 50 mV peak to peak at frequencies above 1 MHz for 10BaseT and 1000BaseT.
