Description

The USB2.0 Type-C High Speed Signal Quality Test Fixture (Plug) is used to measure the USB2.0 High Speed Signal Quality for upstream ports of USB Type-C Devices being assembled with USB Type-C receptacle. Following USB-IF host high-speed electrical test procedure Section 4.4

The test fixture allows characterization and validation of USB2.0 compliance parameters following USB-IF host high-speed electrical test procedure Section 4.4

  • EL_2 USB 2.0 high-speed transmitter data rate
  • EL_3 USB2.0 Eye Diagram
  • EL_6 USB 2.0 high-speed differential rise and fall times
  • EL_7 USB 2.0 high-speed monotonic data transitions over the vertical openings specified in the appropriate eye pattern template
